For more than 37 years, I have been in leadership, Board, investor, advisory, and advocacy
I help leaders solve complex problems by combining fifty years of executive experience with the precision and acceleration of AI. I do this through my MoveFlux Corporation CEO role and its affiliated MakeUsWell Network, as well as a few limited personal engagements.
My work integrates three elements that rarely coexist in one advisor:

While I interact comfortably with teams at all levels, meaningful progress requires direct access to senior decision-makers. I do not take assignments that are delegated to mid-level managers or where strategic access is limited.
Engagement Terms
I am frequently approached by start-ups seeking advisory roles in exchange for equity. That is not the optimal use of my skills or the MoveFlux platform.
Organizations engaging me—or using MoveFlux’s AI-driven services—should expect cash compensation, negotiated based on scope and value.
Because I offer a distinctive combination of leadership insight and AI-enabled capability, my fees reflect the value of the outcomes we deliver: accelerated clarity, better decisions, and solutions clients could not reach on their own.
