•	I am doing the blog (“weblog”) to be able to communicate my views broadly without any filters or intermediaries.
•	My blog is not attached to the Company website, because the blog is intended to be a personal blog, reflective of my views, not those of Pitney Bowes or its leadership team.
•	When you ask “Who are your anticipated bloggers” I do not understand the question. I am the only blogger on this site.
•	I decide my topics based on what is interesting to me at the time.
•	I generally respond to virtually every posting. The only time I do not is when someone is paying me a compliment. In those cases, I say “thank you,” but there is nothing else to which to respond.
•	I would like to engage anyone who comments in a dialogue.

Dear Mr. Critelli,

I am a postgraduate student at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. I am currently working on a research paper about CEO weblogs and would like to ask you a few questions on this.

I hope you would take a few minutes to provide me with your valuable comments on the questions listed below. Your kind attention and contribution mean a lot to the academia.

Thanks in advance!

Q1. What are the main purposes of your construction of this weblog?

Q2. Is your weblog attached to your company website? And why?

Q3. Who are your anticipated bloggers?

Q4. How do you decide your topics?

Q5. How often do you response (reply) to the postings? And why?

Q6. How would you do with these postings?

Best,
Olivine Lo
