I have used PB's Health Care University as an example for getting employees more involved in their own healthcare and your lowered co-pays as an example for improving medication adherence, but I did not know about the environmental changes you have implemented to add to the overall health and well being of your employees. Adding more natural sunlight seems like a small step, but it really lightens (no pun) the mood in the office and makes for cheery surroundings. I also like the mental experience in the cafeteria regarding the cost and hassle of finding the "bad" foods, and encouraging healthy eating by lowering the prices for nutritional items. I know I am not the first to commend you on your efforts, but you have done an outstanding job raising employee health awareness and creating a corporate culture that cares about the health of their employees.
